Departure transport

We would like to share a few simple guidance for departure. Based on your provided data, we create a departure list.

Put special attention on PICK UP time and PICK UP LOCATION.

If you FIND your name, that means your transport is confirmed and the bus will wait for you. No addition mails will be sent.

if you DO NOT find your name, please visit info desk and share your departure information. 

Switching between assign hours is not possible as we have tight scheduled and dedicated transfers.

Free transport will be provided from the airport (Ljubljana Joze Pucnik Airport), train stations (Ljubljana) to the venue/official

hotels if accommodation has been booked in official provided hotels. 

In case accommodation is not done in official hotel, we will charge €25 for transport.

Transport from Zagreb airport is also possible, but at a cost of addition €25,00 per person one way.

Please be aware that all applied requests for transport after the deadline of 04 November, will be charged at a fee of 20 euros per person, as it considerably increases the last minute workload and costs to arrange everything in time.
